DOHA: Local newspaper in English, The Peninsula, covered last May 10 visit by Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister, H.E. Rogelio Sierra Diaz, to the Cuban Hospital at Dukhan.

Earlier today, Cuban Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Rogelio Sierra Díaz visited the Cuban Hospital located in Dukhan, 76 km away from Doha, capital city of the State of Qatar, where over 300 Cuban health workers, including doctors, nurses and technicians.

Doha-After concluding an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Rogelio Sierra Díaz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, arrived in the State of Qatar, where he will hold official conversations with his Qatari counterpart, H.E. Ali Fahad Al Hajri, Minister’s Assistant for Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yesterday morning, H.E. Ernesto D. Plasencia Escalante, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Qatar, signed the Condolences Book opened in the Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Doha, to pay tribute to former president Ali Kafi, who passed away recently.
