Kuala Lumpur- May 11 - Invited by the MBS Community Center Mont Kiara, the cuban ambassador to Malaysia, Ibete Fernández, presented the potentials of tourism in Cuba at the Travel Talk session sponsored by the institution.
During the presentation, the ambassador also discussed various topics of the Cuban reality that shocked the participants, especially those related to the Cuban scientific advances in the health sector. At the same time she invited the participants to discover Cuba and thus increase the number of Malaysian tourists each year visits the island.
MBS center is run by expatriates and it directs its work to the enrichment and development of the community. It has 13 academic spaces, one devoted to education of disabled children. Its members are integrated in cultural programs, such as Travel Talk that pursue knowledge of countries through its tourism, history and culture.
