Ireland, 14 January 2015. In an emotional ceremony held at the residence of the Ambassador of Cuba in Dublin, Irish members of the Campaign to Free the Cuban Five, gathered to celebrate the return of Gerardo, Tony and Ramón to the Homeland, now with René and Fernando, relatives and people around.
Ambassador Hermes Herrera highlighted the great work done for years by the Campaign demanding freedom for the Cuban Five, reported greeting from mate Fernando González on behalf of the Five and particularly reminded the great friend Bernie Dwyer.
Proved singularly exciting message companion Magali Llort for the occasion addressed to all people in Ireland who have supported this long battle, recalling herf visit three years ago in this country, "remain in our memories and our hearts the immense love with which were welcomed and the relentless demand of you for the liberation of our five children. Receive our deepest gratitude and eternal message, accompanied by the happiness of having them already at home".
Marie Berry, president of the Campaign said the high significance of this struggle for those who have devoted great efforts to achieve the great victory today means the return of the Five,
