The Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte is travelling to Cuba in the coming days to attend the Seventh Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), to take place in Havana from June 2 to June 4, it has been reported by the Dutch government’s website.
Mr. Rutte will be one of the 32 statesmen attending the Summit, whose main focus will be tourism, transportation, natural disasters and environment protection, with special focus on the impact of climate change on the Caribbean.
The program of Prime Minister Rutte will begin on June 3 and on June 4, he will take part in the session of the Summit. The Kingdom of the Netherlands is represented by the Prime Ministers of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Marteen, states that are associate members of the ACS. (EmbaCubaHolanda/Cubaminrex).
