The Botswana President signs the book of condolences on the death of Fidel Castro.

BOTSWANA, November 30, 2016. The President of Botswana, Lieutenant General Seretse Khama Ian Khama, came in the morning of November 30, to the Cuban Embassy in Gaborone, accompanied by his Vice-President, the chancellor and the rest of the government ministers, to sign The Book of Condolences on the occasion of the death of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.

Cuba attends the ITU Annual World Symposium on Telecommunications Indicators, that´s taking place in Botswana

Botswana, November 21, 2016. The 14th Symposium on Telecommunication / ICT Indicators (WTIS 2016) was launched today at the International Convention Center of the city of Gaborone, Botswana, an event organized annually by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and in which Cuba is represented by a delegation composed of Mrs. Marisela Font Rodríguez, General Director of the Cuban Ministry of Communications, Mr. Ignacio Guerrero López, Director of International Relations of Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA), as well as Ms. Yenima Rodríguez Fajardo and Ms. Claudia González Villavicencio, Specialists from the said company itself.
