Botswana Foreign Minister Receives Cuban Ambassador in a courtesy call

Botswana, October 20, 2014. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Botswana, Honorable Phandu T.C. Skelemani, received today a courtesy call paid by the Cuban Ambassador, H.E. Juan Carlos Arencibia Corrales, who held a lively and fluid exchange in which they reviewed the good state of bilateral relations existing between both governments, while there were addressed other aspects and views of common interests, including some issues in regard with the current international situation.

On the occasion of the activities of the world journey in favor of the release of our five heroes, took place in Botswana a political-cultural event attended by Cuban civil cooperants from health and sport sectors, who work and stay in Gaborone, as well as by members of the Cuban state mission and Cuban nationals in Botswana. The event also was attended by young graduates in Cuba and other friends of our country.
