Botswana, on June 10. The weekly newspapers "Botswana Guardian" in its edition of this week published an article by journalist Rachel Raditsebe, which highlights some of the key indicators, achievements as well as the humanism and solidary character of Cuban medicine.
The material reflected and summarized positively several aspects of the Cuban health system, among other issues that were addressed in an interview held by the Cuban Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Juan Carlos Arencibia Corrales, with the said weekly publication. It notes that the results of Cuba in public health exceeds those of many developed countries, which has been endorsed and highlighted by the World Health Organization, based on the impressive results achieved during the years of revolution, despite limitations and damages arising from the blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuban people for more than five decades.
